General information about online booking

Accommodation can be booked in advance for a given year – until New Year’s Eve in the same year – and it is especially suggested for weekends with national holidays or major events, in the summer peak season and for New Year’s Eve.

In the confirmation to your online booking we inform you that the order has been registered, and we also give the conditions against which we consider it binding. In case you do not accept the conditions of cancel given in the confirmation, our system of booking considers your order “failed”, and deletes it automatically.

Before placing an order, you are advised to check the prices of the selected places of accommodation, the other costs, the possible discounts, and it is also suggested to read the explanation of prices. You also have to be certain that there are available places at the selected date (PERIOD WHICH CAN BE BOOKED).

The form is very simple, and we only need dates which are required for booking and being in contact, and are absolutely necessary for placing an order.

In our confirmation we also give the exact amount of money which you have to pay when getting the place of accommodation. No advance payment is required for booking.

There are two ways to pay the charges of accommodation on the spot:

- in cash

- with travel vouchers

If you wish to make payment for the accommodation by bank transfer, you can also do it in advance, using the account number given in our confirmation.

Before beginning you are advised to read the following items of information:

• Actual availability of a given place of accommodation. In the schedule calendar for the selected place of accommodation “red background” indicates the dates definitely reserved (DATES TO BOOK).

When filling in the form of booking, pay attention to the following items:

• your e-mail address has to be exact, because confirmation is sent to it

• the dates of arrival and departure have to be exact, in conformity with the number of the nights of stay

Confirmation

• After getting your order – no matter it is late in the evening, on weekend or holiday – we send a confirmation within 24 hours. • The confirmation involves our bank account number, mailing address and telephone contacts.

Confirmed price of accommodation

• The price indicated on our web-site must be the same as the figure given in the confirmation. We are asking you to read the details of the quoted prices which give explanation to certain special situations, as well.

• In case the price of accommodation given on the web-site and in the confirmation is not the same, please, inform us about it in an e-mail message.

Important information regarding travel vouchers

• It is possible to use travel vouchers for payment.

• In case travel vouchers cannot be handed out personally within the required deadline, you are asked to provide for their safe transfer (by courier, a representative, in registered mail, etc.).

• Don’t forget to sign the travel vouchers before sending them to our office, because we cannot accept them without signatures.
